The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Office Manager to join our dynamic team.

This unique and pivotal senior role is responsible for driving sales growth, overseeing efficient office operations, and most critically, coordinating our production and installation processes to ensure seamless project delivery from initial inquiry to final handover.

We're seeking a natural salesperson who is also a proactive problem-solver with a knack for organization, customer service, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Management

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial customer inquiry and lead qualification to quote generation, negotiation, and closing sales.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and acting as the primary point of contact.

Conduct customer consultations (in-person, phone, or video) to understand needs, provide tailored solutions, and showcase our product range.

Confidently present and showcase our products to various audiences, including potential clients, industry partners, and at events.

Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and help contribute to sales strategies to achieve targets.

Manage and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.

Be the central hub for all project coordination, ensuring smooth transitions between sales, design, fabrication, and installation teams.

Liaise closely with the production team to schedule fabrication, monitor progress, and manage inventory of key components.

Coordinate with the installation team to schedule site visits, deliveries, and installations, optimizing routes and timelines.

Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks or delays in the production and installation pipeline, communicating effectively with all stakeholders.

Manage logistics for material procurement and equipment delivery to both our workshop and installation sites.

Ensure all necessary permits, documentation, and compliance requirements are met for each project.

Office Management

Oversee office operations, ensuring a productive and organized work environment.

Help manage administrative tasks, including invoicing, accounts receivable/payable support, and general correspondence.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.

Monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon contracts, delivery schedules, and quality standards.

Assist with managing inventory of key components and materials, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

Address and resolve any supplier-related issues, such as delivery discrepancies or quality concerns, promptly and effectively.

Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in a sales, office management, preferably within the pool, building, construction, manufacturing industry.

Demonstrated experience in coordinating complex production and/or installation schedules is highly regarded.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.

Please note this role requires you to travel throughout Australia occasionally to Shows, Exhibitions and meet with Key Stakeholders.
