Springwood GWM, part of the Westpoint Autos Group, is on the hunt for an experienced, driven Sales Manager to lead our flagship site — consistently delivering 100+ retail units per month and backed by one of the most exciting automotive brands in Australia.

What You'll Be Driving:
Leading a high-volume new car sales team for GWM
Managing performance, processes, people, and customer experience
Driving sales, gross, finance, and online lead conversion
Engaging with digital platforms and social content to generate traffic
Collaborating across departments – F&I, service, and delivery
Building a results-focused, high-energy team culture
Championing exceptional guest experience and CSI outcomes
What You Bring:
Minimum 3 years’ automotive sales management experience
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Proven track record hitting volume and profit targets
Digital know-how and confidence in building an online presence
Excellent communication and negotiation ability
Current Australian driver’s licence and full working rights
