Lead the Redcliffe MG sales department – part of one of Australia’s leading motor brands. Our award-winning Redcliffe dealership is currently offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Professional ready to step up, relocate, or transition to a new manufacturer.

To be eligible, you must have a proven track record in automotive sales management and be a high-performing leader. This is a high-volume, fast-growing department, and this role presents an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic business with significant potential for growth and advancement.

The Position
As Sales Manager, reporting directly to the General Sales Manager, you will be fully responsible for managing the MG sales department. We are seeking a strong leader who leads by example — someone capable of selling vehicles, closing deals, and fostering lasting relationships with the manufacturer, team, and customers, all while exceeding key CSI and KPI benchmarks.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Managing and mentoring sales staff

Coordinating training and performance development

Overseeing stock control and fleet operations

Planning and executing advertising campaigns

Managing lead generation and follow-up processes

About You
Skills & Experience Required:

Previous automotive sales experience (essential)

Proven track record of high performance and sales results

Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire your team

Ability to think creatively and develop dynamic strategies

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Excellent attention to detail in administrative tasks
