New Vehicle Sales Manager – Lead with Excellence in this Premier Dealership.

Here is an opportunity to join a dealership that has been a pillar of the Townsville automotive market for over 38 years. Our client is a highly respected, family-owned group with multiple dealerships across North Queensland. We are now inviting applications for a New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team selling Australia’s number 1 automotive brand.

This is a high-volume, leadership role where you will manage a team of 10-13 New Vehicle Sales Consultants plus Aftermarket Consultants, ensuring seamless sales operations and exceptional customer experience and satisfaction. With a strong pipeline of models arriving in the next 12 months and excellent stock availability, this is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and success.

Our client, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to coach and mentor an experienced team, driving high-volume sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What We Offer:

Lucrative Remuneration Package – With a negotiable retainer/salary + Super and an incentive structure that will reward high performance. With expected OTE (on target earnings) of $160K-$170K per year being very achievable.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to exceed dealership targets
Drive customer satisfaction and ensure seamless collaboration between departments
Oversee stock management, sales strategies, and performance tracking
Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer KPIs

Who We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in new vehicle sales management within a high-volume dealership
A results-driven leader who is hands-on, motivational, and process-oriented
Strong stock management and KPI-tracking skills
Experience with Dealer Management Systems (Pentana Eranet) and Microsoft Office
A current QLD Sales Licence.
