Westpoint Autos Indooroopilly is searching for an experienced and driven General Sales Manager to lead a large and dynamic sales operation across GWM, Nissan, Hyundai, Isuzu UTE, Suzuki, LDV & SsangYong.

What You'll Be Driving:

Leadership of a multi-brand sales team across new vehicles

Management of daily operations, KPIs, processes, and people

Strategic planning to grow volume, profitability, and market share

Championing online presence — including content creation and digital lead engagement

Cross-department collaboration with F&I, marketing, service and pre-delivery

Coaching and developing your team to consistently exceed targets

Delivering on CSI expectations with a customer-first mindset

What We're Looking For:

5+ years’ experience in automotive sales management (Sales Manager or GSM)

Proven ability to manage multiple brands and a large sales operation

Confidence in digital platforms and a strong online presence

Strategic thinking combined with hands-on leadership

High energy, goal-oriented and motivated by team success

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

A current driver's licence and the right to work in Australia
