Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated professional with a strong background in farming to join us in Agricultural Sales & Development. While direct sales experience is not required, a solid understanding of farming practices, equipment, and the day-to-day challenges farmers face is essential. This is a flexible, field-based role focused on helping farmers find the right machinery solutions while providing outstanding customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Australian farming community.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their equipment needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and offer hands-on technical support.
Deliver responsive and effective customer service to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Represent the company at industry events and stay updated on market trends.
Requirements:
