This hybrid role will be based in our South Bank, QLD HQ. What we’re looking for
- 1+ year experience working in a Sales Development role, heavily focused on cold calling/lead generation or experience working in a Sales role within the Travel & Tourism sector
- An individual who thrives in a sales environment, is self-motivated, driven, and has a passion for delivering on sales targets and achieving KPIs
- Extra points if you're a master of networking, lead generation and have impressive communication and presentation skills

- Uncapped Earnings - above market average base of $65k, plus super, plus uncapped commission ($70k base guarantee for the first 6 months to set you up for success). Current average OTE for 1st year $75-85K & for top performers or 2nd year and beyond over $100K.
