ROLE OVERVIEW
In this strategic sales role, you’ll drive business growth and market expansion for Ritek Technology across Queensland. You’ll work closely with stakeholders in the construction sector to promote Ritek’s advanced formwork systems. Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing a targeted sales strategy to grow Ritek’s footprint in the residential sectors
Identifying and pursuing opportunities with builders, developers, architects and engineers
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key industry decision-makers
Consulting with clients to provide tailored formwork solutions, ensuring they align with project-specific technical and structural needs
Offering expert knowledge on Ritek’s formwork systems and how they integrate into modern construction practices
Managing project lifecycles from concept through to delivery, ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
We’re looking for a seasoned sales professional with a strong foundation in construction or building materials. The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in a senior sales or business development role within the construction, formwork, or building systems industries
Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business, especially with high-value commercial clients
A self-motivated, solutions-driven mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team
Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong negotiation abilities and a track record of managing long sales cycles
A well-established network of builders, engineers, architects, and developers is highly regarded
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A technical aptitude and willingness to learn about Ritek’s evolving suite of formwork solutions.
