A global heavy equipment OEM who provide a broad range of construction, earthmoving and specialized equipment to many major markets including mining, underground and civil. The current expansion has led to the creation of a brand-new ‘Sales Representative’ position.

The Position Overview & Objectives
The position has one objective, and that is to represent the company and its heavy equipment to users within the construction & earthmoving equipment market. A high-level sales representative position that'll get you front of some of the biggest operators in the construction equipment game. This's an opportunity to get involved with some major deals and exciting business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks covered by this role will see you working to find, open and develop new sales opportunities within the construction, civil and mining equipment market across Queensland.
Sales Representative tasks.
Developing new and existing sales opportunities with a Direct-to-Market approach across the region.
Developing sales opportunities within civil construction, agriculture, mining, underground, Government, Ports and more.
Working in with BDMs to expand and develop new market opportunities.
Traveling to sites around the state conducting sales meetings and attending other sales events.
Working with company directives, strategies and towards development objectives.
Working tightly with colleagues to implement and develop sales strategies and opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
Sale Representative experience selling Mobile Earthmoving and Construction Equipment or other related equipment.
Experience and exposure within the civil construction, mining, underground, Government, Ports or similar markets within the Queensland territory.
Experience finding, developing and closing sales opportunities.
Relationships within civil, mining, underground, and similar markets highly regarded.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
A proven sales history with a hunger for sales.
Long-term relationship growth & management skills.
Willingness to travel within the state when required.
Drivers license, Australian Citizen or permanent resident ESSENTIAL.
Remuneration Package on Offer
