Sales Development Representative
Remote position, work from home, anywhere in Australia.
Clinic Mastery is the 2022 WINNER of both the Telstra Best of Business Award, and the Australian Small Business Champions Award, providing business mentoring and education to health professionals in Australia and around the world.
A position is available for our in-house Sales Development Representative who can nurture prospective new clients into active members in our programs alongside our Enrolment Directors.

Your role as our Sales Development Representative is to provide support for clinic owners in our broader community that are interested in engaging our services. You will report to the Enrolment Director, and support the Clinic Mastery team.
You need to be a good person, naturally good with people, confident and capable in following procedures and timelines for your role.
Position Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Australia, work from home
Hours: 38 hours per week (1.0 FTE)
Reports to: Marketing Specialist
Salary: Package $75k FTE including super, plus commission. Salary will be determined according to qualifications and experience.
Clinic Mastery works with business owners who are part of the Clinic Mastery Business Academy, and a wider community of health professionals (predominantly Allied Health) who are active on social platforms, webinars and events.

We are a small team of 24, and there is a lot of demand for our services.
We work mainly online, which means we place a high importance on regular communication, video conferencing on Zoom, and using Google Workspace and Slack as our primary productivity suites.
Your role
We are looking for you to be our Sales Development Representative, connecting and screening inbound leads and prospects and scheduling the good ones into the diary of the Enrolment Directors.
You’re good at hunting - and love the chase, with a track record in sales, prospecting or qualifying sales opportunities.
You also feel comfortable working online, have a strong internet connection, and a work environment from which you can conduct calls.
You’ll be working with our attraction team, supporting the marketing and sales functions of the company.
This position gives you the opportunity to work-from-home and to choose your hours (between 8am - 8pm Sydney time) around the following activities:
What you'll be doing:
Working with our Marketing Specialist to build an effective funnel and journey for the people on our database and in our community.
Prospecting people on our database and social media channels to create and curate a pipeline of ideal future clients
Establishing connections with prospective clients to help them understand how we Clinic Mastery can best help them.
Managing our lead pipeline by entering and maintaining clean data in Hubspot
Scheduling and supporting the follow up of prospective clients with the Enrolment Directors
Collaborating with the Growth team to improve the systems that support the experience of prospective clients
Your role can be summed up as the “Appointment Setter” for new business at Clinic Mastery.
You will be empowered with everything you need to help create an amazing experience for the people in our community.
You won't be boxed in either. If there's something you can do that's useful, we'll welcome any contribution you make in any area.
What your day will look like:
We start each day with a daily huddle for 15 minutes over Zoom, which is where as a team we share news, what we’re working on for the day, and what we need help with. It’s a great way to connect together before the day begins.
Then, it’s over to you. There will be meetings dotted throughout the week, but you will be in command of organising your own time to achieve the work that needs to be done.
We’re in constant communication with each other over Slack, so you’ll always feel connected.
The flexibility the role brings makes it ideal for those who like to work hard, and also enjoy some freedom in their day.

You are proficient with the use of the English language, and have great communication skills both online and in-person.
You are able to work autonomously and as part of a team
