This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in team-based environments, values diverse perspectives, and is ready to take the lead in enabling success at every level.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive accountability and performance management by setting clear KPIs, monitoring progress, and supporting the team to consistently meet or exceed targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by supporting the team in delivering tailored, solution-focused service that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Ensure effective use of CRM and sales reporting tools, promoting accurate data entry and leveraging insights to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, support, and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery and unified customer experience.

Champion workplace health and safety, modelling safe behaviours, promoting compliance with policies, and fostering a positive environment where everyone feels valued and secure.

Experience in civil or construction sales is highly valued, and you’re excited to contribute your expertise to a dynamic and forward-thinking business.
