We are on the lookout for an exceptional Fleet Department General Manager to lead our large and expanding vehicle fleet operation. Currently, we sell approximately 200 units a month across top brands including Hyundai, GWM, Nissan, Isuzu UTE, MG, LDV, Mazda, Mercedes Benz, Subaru, Suzuki, Renault, Geely, Jaecoo, Ssangyong, and Mahindra. Your mission? To elevate our sales to over 300 units a month!
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management: Oversee a dedicated team of 6 experienced fleet professionals, providing motivation, support, and guidance to ensure high performance and collaboration.
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement innovative sales strategies to drive fleet sales growth and expand our market presence.
Relationship Building: Leverage your existing contacts and industry relationships to foster partnerships and generate new business opportunities.
Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance and team productivity, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Experience: A successful track record in managing vehicle fleet sales, preferably with experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry.
Strong Network: Established contacts within the fleet and automotive sectors that can facilitate business development and growth.
Results-Driven: A passion for achieving targets and a strategic mindset to drive sales and team performance.
Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to inspire and motivate your team while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
