Milin Transport is a private, family-owned company that was established in 2001. Over the years we have continued to grow our fleet to cater for a diverse customer base requiring specialised transport, over dimensional loads and heavy haulage. We are based on the north side of Brisbane, but we deliver specialised freight both locally and all over Australia.

We are in search for an ambitious and highly motivated person who will contribute to the growth of our customer base at our Business based at Brendale on Brisbane's North side.

In this role you will have a specific focus sourcing and maintaining customers across Australia with a Primary focus on Brisbane.

As Our Sales Manager, you will:

· Nurture existing relationships

· 70% Account Management 30% Sales

· Strategically plan, analyse, and present regular performance reviews.

· Build multi-level customer relationships.

· Collaborate with our customers to create innovative improvements to their transport.

· Deliver continuous improvement.

· Problem solve and think outside the box.

Skills Required

Minimum 5 years FTL transport experience.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Confident & competitive nature

· Hunger to learn and be developed.

· Reliable

· Australian drivers licence

· Strong Organisation and Time Management skills

· Good Geographical Knowledge of Australia

· Understanding of Transport Operations
