What does it look like

As the Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients through preconstruction! This will include:

Updating clients through preconstruction

Following up brokers and developers

Checking of documentation and variations

Working with internal drafting and estimating team

What we are looking for:

2 years customer service or administration based experience

Building industry or property experience advantageous however not essential

A passion for providing an amazing customer experience

Capable of multitasking and working in a fast paced environment
