About the Position

Due to growth, an opportunity exists for a Customer Service Administrator to join the team!

Preparing and issuing building contracts

Chasing finance and solicitors

Monitoring contract file progress

Liaising with clients from sales accept through to preconstruction release

Skills and Experience

Suitable applicants must be able to display the following

Administration or customer service experience within a building or property related field

Contracts administration experience highly regarded

Strong administration skills and able to multitask

Excellent communication

Highly adaptable and able to work with volume

Team player with a great attitude!
