About the role

Balt Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in our Teneriffe, Queensland office. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers and local sales team.

What you'll be doing

Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally via email and phone

Assist customers with product information, order processing, and problem resolution

Maintain detailed records and documentation of day to day processes

Collaborate with the Australia & New Zealand Sales team to ensure exceptional service

Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate departments

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience or similar

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Proficiency in using ERP systems for order processing and inventory management

Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
