About the job:
In this business development role, your responsibilities include:
Formulating expansion strategies and defining the direction of business growth for the organization linking other verticals.
Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities from onshore and offshore clients.
Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
Align strategic initiatives with the organization’s long and short-term goals.
Strategize the content creation relating to proposals, presentation, and sales pitches.
Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
Drive efficiency and productivity through offshoring, automation, and technology-driven solutions.
Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals.
Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.
Collaborate with leadership teams to define a sustainable roadmap for growth and innovation.
About you:
10+ years of experience in client management with a proven track record of business expansion (mining & expanding targeted clients) across different verticals, offshore operations and team building.
Experience in driving business growth through onshore and offshore client engagement.
Experience in understanding the client requirements including their processes and identify innovative content creation and business process outsourcing opportunities.
Extensive experience in client engagement and business expansion within the B2B sector.
Expertise in driving change management, improving client interface processes, and optimizing operations through technology solutions.
End to end engagement with stakeholders to understand and strategize the growth of the business verticals. (Key Account Management initiatives).
