The Role
We’re looking for a highly experienced and strategic Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong FMCG background to lead our growth into Southeast Asia and beyond. This is a dynamic, hands-on role involving frequent interstate and international travel.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market analysis across domestic and overseas markets

Design and implement international sales and marketing strategies

Lead a team to execute sales, branding, and promotional campaigns

Strengthen existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities

Liaise regularly with overseas partners to ensure strategy alignment

Monitor market trends and adapt marketing plans accordingly

Identify risks and opportunities in new and existing markets

Report directly to the executive team on market and customer activity

Meet and exceed agreed performance targets

About You
You’re a strategic thinker and strong communicator with a proven track record in FMCG sales and marketing. You thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments and enjoy the challenge of business development across borders.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales/account management

Proven experience in international market development and export

Strong background in product-based marketing & e-commerce channels

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin a plus)

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations

Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
