The Media Park is on the lookout for a motivated and passionate Sales & Marketing Associate to join our growing Newcastle team. In this exciting full-time role, you’ll play a key part in driving new business, supporting high-impact campaigns, and working directly with some of Australia’s biggest and most recognised media companies.

What You’ll Be Doing

Developing and executing strategic marketing plans

Building and nurturing strong relationships with local and national brands

Identifying and converting new business opportunities

Delivering compelling sales presentations and tailored proposals

Collaborating with our marketing team to activate impactful campaigns

Representing The Media Park at industry networking events and media briefings

Analysing sales performance and client feedback to refine strategy

Providing outstanding service and support to ensure long-term client success

What We're Looking For

Proven sales experience, ideally in media, marketing, or advertising

Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities

Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analysis capabilities

Proactive, ambitious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent hands-on experience
