About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Coast Modular Pty Ltd in Tweed Heads South, NSW. This full-time role will be responsible for supporting our sales and marketing efforts, ensuring we consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What you'll be doing

Lead Generation & Sales - Generate and nurture leads from enquiry to handover. Qualify prospects, prepare proposals, liaise with clients, and close sales.

Marketing & Content Creation - Plan and execute marketing campaigns. Create and schedule social media content and email newsletters. Develop digital and print marketing materials.

Client Relationship Management - Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the sales and project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and trust.

Advertising & Branding - Manage all advertising platforms, including websites, brochures, and digital ads, and coordinate visual assets such as renders and floor plans.

Contract Administration - Draft, prepare, and coordinate the execution of client contracts in line with company policies.

Reporting & Strategy - Monitor marketing metrics, generate sales reports, and contribute to strategic planning.

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in a similar sales or marketing role, ideally within the construction or home improvement industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
