Madimack are seeking a driven sales professional to support its market dominance in energy-efficient pool equipment focused on NSW.
Madimack is an Australian company responsible for manufacturing market leading, energy-efficient, lifestyle products to distributors, resellers, retailers and technical service businesses. We constantly look to develop new and innovative ways of delivering the best products, service and opportunities to the marketplace and our sales team lead that initiative from the ground up. Providing outstanding service and dedication to our customers is core to a market success.
We are seeking to build upon our already successful NSW team by adding a sales professional who values; communication, the delivery of exceptional service, high level knowledge of the pool industry, with the drive to become an expert in our product line-up. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to existing and potential customers throughout the region.
The following criteria would be highly regarded:
Demonstrated account management experience in the pool industry or related field
Technically minded with practical field experience a bonus
Solution based attitude and a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets
Prepare and deliver onsite customer training sessions
Demonstrated relationship management skills
Build and develop B2B relationships with an end-user/customer focus
Experience in CRM management
Must be a team player
Must have the ability to happily multi-task while maintaining high attention to detail.
