About the Role

J & M Watersports is seeking a driven and strategic National Marketing & Sales Coordinator to lead our sales and marketing efforts across Australia. This full-time position, based in our Albury, NSW office, offers a unique opportunity to shape the growth of a leading brand in the water sports industry. You’ll be instrumental in driving national sales performance, managing key customer relationships, and overseeing the planning and execution of high-impact marketing strategies.

What You'll Be Doing

Developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to build brand awareness and support sales growth

Overseeing key accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities

Analysing market trends, customer insights, and sales data to inform decision-making

Collaborating with internal teams to produce effective sales and marketing collateral

Creating promotional campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and social media channels

Representing the company at trade shows, industry events, and partner meetings

Reporting on performance metrics and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a sales and/or marketing role, ideally within the water sports, outdoor recreation, or lifestyle sector

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing campaigns

Proficiency with Adobe Suite, CRM systems, and digital/social media platforms

Highly organised, data-driven, and results-focused

A passion for the water sports industry or an active interest in outdoor adventure
