Blackwood Clinic is currently looking for Receptionist to join our busy team.

We are a private billing practice with 13 Doctors working across 2 sites in Blackwood.

If you are looking to join a supported team environment and have experience in medical reception then this may very well suit you.

Position 2 - 3 days per week. MUST be available to work from 7.30am - 6.00pm and available Monday and Friday.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients in a courteous and professional manner

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, triage calls and take messages as necessary

Schedule patient appointments.

Maintain patient administrative records accurately

Invoice and receive payments from patients and Medicare.

Collaborate with medical and clinical staff to ensure a seamless and pleasant patient experience

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

General office duties.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a medical receptionist or similar role preferred, not essential.

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Proficient with programs such as word, excel, email.

Must have working with children check.

Training in Basic Life Support.
