Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting patients with a high level of customer service
Managing appointments, patient records, and phone enquiries
Processing billings and Medicare claims
Supporting clinical staff as needed
Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:
Experience using Best Practice software (essential)
Previous experience in a medical reception or healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
Willingness to travel between our clinic locations as required
