About the role

Physicians SA has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Medical Receptionist to join our team in Holden Hill, Thebarton and Mawson Lakes South Australia. As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth running of our medical practice.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice in a warm and professional manner

Scheduling patient appointments and managing the appointment calendar

Handling patient inquiries and providing accurate information

Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation

Maintaining a clean and organised reception area

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities

Proficient in using medical software and computer systems

A caring and empathetic attitude towards patients

A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy
