The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking medical receptionist with a focus on customer service to join our team at the Hughes Medical Clinic in Unley.

We are currently looking for someone to work 2- 4 days a week depending on the applicant's availability.

The Medical Receptionist is required to co-ordinate and perform a range of clerical/administrative functions in accordance with the day-to-day requirements of the Hughes Clinic.

Desirable experience

Office reception.

Use of databases for recording and tracking personal data and related requirements.

Demonstrated skills and experience in working effectively with a team of administrative personnel.

Familiarity with the healthcare sector and medical terminology.

Experience with Best Practice would be an advantage.

The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style.

Attention to detail:

Excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.

Accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
