About the Role : As our receptionist, you will :

Greet and assist patients

Manage phone calls and emails professionally

Triage calls as needed

Provide administration support

Medicare billing

What we are looking for:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently

Experience working in a GP Clinic is an advantage

Friendly and positive attitude

Reliable and dedicated team player

The clinic uses Best Practice Software.

Hours:

Approximately 15 to 25 hours per week. 4-5 shifts with a variance of days and hours. The clinic is open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-2pm. Your availability and flexibilty across these days and hours will be required.
