The Role

Join a delivery-focused team overseeing three Class 2 residential social housing projects-DA approved and construction-ready, with two commencing this year.

Must-Have Experience

• Proven track record in project delivery
• Direct experience working with contractors and consultants
• Private developer or developer/builder background
• Expertise in contract management and superintendent roles
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Full Australian working rights and local market experience

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with luxury residential or social housing
• Full development life cycle involvement: acquisitions, feasibility, due diligence, sales & marketing (which will be used after delivery of initial projects)
• Background with a head contractor
