are seeking an experienced ICT Development Manager to lead the development and

integration of advanced ICT solutions that support our operations and growth objectives.

Job Overview

The ICT Development Manager will oversee the design, development, and implementation

of technology solutions across Easyshed’s business operations. You will manage a team of

developers and IT professionals, ensuring that the company’s ICT infrastructure is scalable,

secure, and efficient. Your role will involve working closely with other departments to

understand business needs and translating them into innovative, sustainable technology

solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development

o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, system

administrators, and ICT specialists.

o Set clear goals and performance expectations for the ICT team.

o Conduct regular performance reviews, offering coaching and development

opportunities to ensure continued growth.

o Foster a collaborative, results-driven environment within the ICT department.

• ICT Strategy & Innovation

o Develop and implement the company's ICT strategy, aligning it with

Easyshed's overall business goals.

o Drive innovation and identify new technologies and solutions that improve

business efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.

o Oversee the research, development, and integration of new tools, applications,

and systems.• Systems Development & Management

o Lead the development and implementation of custom software solutions,

including ERP systems, CRM platforms, and eCommerce tools.

o Oversee the development and integration of both in-house and third-party

systems across departments (finance, operations, sales, etc.).

o Ensure the scalability and flexibility of technology solutions to accommodate

business growth.

o Manage system upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting to maintain smooth

operations.

• Project Management

o Lead and manage ICT development projects from inception to completion,

ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

o Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations) to

ensure technology solutions meet their needs.

o Prepare project documentation, including plans, budgets, timelines, and post-

project reviews.

• Security & Compliance

o Ensure the security and integrity of Easyshed’s ICT systems and data,

implementing best practices for cybersecurity.

o Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all systems adhere to legal

and regulatory standards, particularly regarding customer data and privacy.

o Regularly assess vulnerabilities and risks, proactively addressing any

emerging issues.

• Support & Troubleshooting

o Provide leadership in troubleshooting complex ICT problems, ensuring rapid

resolution and minimizing downtime.

o Oversee user support and issue resolution, ensuring all staff members have the

tools and support they need to work efficiently.

o Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems,

processes, and procedures.

• Collaboration with Stakeholders

o Work closely with senior management to understand business priorities and

align ICT development efforts accordingly.

o Provide technical insights and guidance to non-technical stakeholders,

ensuring that technology solutions are accessible and understandable.

o Act as a liaison between the ICT department and other departments, ensuring

seamless communication and collaboration.Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,

Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:

o Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICT development and management, with

at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

o Proven experience managing development teams and delivering successful

ICT projects.

o Strong background in software development, system integration, and ICT

infrastructure management.

• Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, PHP, or similar.

o Experience with databases (SQL, MySQL, etc.), cloud platforms (AWS,

Azure), and ERP/CRM solutions.

o Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, data protection regulations, and

compliance standards.

o Familiarity with web development frameworks, eCommerce platforms, and

mobile app development.

• Project Management:

o Experience in leading and managing ICT projects using methodologies like

Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

o Ability to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

o Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Leadership & Communication:

o Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present

technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

o Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external

partners.
