About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Bathla' as a Development Manager - Residential Subdivision. In this full-time role based in Girraween, NSW, you will play a key role in the strategic planning and delivery of residential subdivision projects for the company.

What you'll be doing

Oversee all aspects of the residential subdivision development process, including planning approvals, project management and delivery

Liaise with local authorities, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards

Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture

Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and internal policies

What we're looking for

Extensive experience (4+ years) in residential land subdivision and development, ideally within a similar role

Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously

Demonstrated success in securing planning approvals and managing stakeholder relationships

Excellent financial acumen and commercial awareness to manage project budgets and feasibility

Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning or Project Management

Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide project teams

Thorough understanding of the construction industry and relevant legislation
