As our network continues to grow, we're looking to add a dedicated In-house Contracts and Settlements Team Member. You will be working alongside other Settlements Team Members to perform the following:

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage property settlements, liaising with relevant parties including buyers, sellers, and solicitors.

Respond to inquiries from clients, agents, and solicitors promptly and professionally.

Keep relevant parties informed about the progress of contracts and settlements.

Maintain accurate records of all contractual documentation.

Assist with general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Proficient in Google Workspace.
