The Opportunity

This is a 1 - 2 year traineeship is designed to give you a comprehensive introduction to the commercial real estate industry. You’ll rotate across key activities — including sales administration, contract preparation, property management tasks, and property appraisals. Developing the knowledge and skills needed for a long-term career in the field.

Daily tasks will include

· Assist with market research, site inspections, and property listings

· Support leasing and sales agents with campaigns and inspections

· Marketing plans, information reports, and vendor reports

· Engage with , buyers, clients, landlords, and tenants

· Social media marketing, brochure design, and other marketing tools

· Manage the CRM renet database
