About the Role
You’ll play a key part in keeping our sales engine running smoothly. Your day-to-day will involve:
Preparing and processing listing and sales documentation.
Coordinating marketing campaigns, photo shoots, and supplier bookings.
Managing online listings and CRM updates (VaultRE, NurtureCloud or similar).
Providing general administrative support to the sales team.
About You
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar sales admin role (real estate experience essential).
Confident using real estate CRMs and platforms.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
A professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
