About the role
You’ll be the steady hand behind the sales team in a varied, process‑driven role that suits someone who enjoys structure, accuracy and excellent communication.
Key responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to agents
Maintain CRM records, data integrity and sales pipelines
Coordinate marketing bookings, proof and prepare advertising materials and listings
Prepare sales packs, presentation materials, contracts and settlement documents
Manage calendars, schedule inspections, client meetings and agent appointments
Produce weekly vendor/agent reports and ad‑hoc sales reporting
Liaise professionally with clients, solicitors, lenders and other stakeholders to progress files
Identify and implement simple process improvements to streamline workflows
About you
You’re efficient, accurate and calm under pressure. You enjoy juggling priorities and take pride in getting the details right.
Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.
Essential
1–2+ years' experience in administration or sales support; real estate experience highly regarded
Strong Microsoft Office skills and confident CRM use; experience with Real Estate CRMs is highly desired
Exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Reliable, organised and able to work independently and in a team
You must hold a current QLD Real Estate Agent Licence or Real Estate Salesperson Registration or be willing to obtain one.
Australian citizen or permanent resident
Desirable
Previous experience supporting agents or working in a real estate office
Current driver's licence
