We are now expanding our team and seeking a passionate, culturally connected Sales Manager to lead growth across student admissions sales, and partnership development — with a particular focus on Filipino and Indian student communities.
Native speaker level cultural connection to Filipino and Indian communities is required.
About the Role
This dynamic role combines education sales, marketing, and partnership management. You'll engage directly with students, manage institutional relationships, and help drive digital marketing campaigns that attract quality enrolments for both RPL and higher education programs.
You'll be part of a motivated, multicultural team with the opportunity to shape marketing initiatives and make a genuine difference in students' lives.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads from b2c & b2b using social media channels & face 2 face.
Respond to onshore student inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
Provide expert advice on university course options.
Guide students through the application and enrolment process.
Convert high-quality leads into successful admissions — no cold calling.
Build and manage relationships with universities, colleges, and partners.
Represent HBD Services at education expos and community events.
Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns targeting Filipino & Indian audiences.
Prepare regular performance and pipeline reports.
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in education sales or university admissions.
Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino, Sinhalese, Hindi, Gujrati, or Tamil language skills advantageous).
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Experience with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.).
Experience with at least 2 of the listed digital marketing tools is required.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Education (preferred but not essential).
Confident, motivated, and student-focused mindset.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
