Marketing Executive

Eyecare Plus is a selected group of over 120 independently owned and clinically driven optometry practices across Australia.

About the Role:

The Eyecare Plus National Office is based in Rosebery, we are looking for a full time Marketing Executive. You will be required to assist with project management, creation and measurement of marketing and advertising activity for Eyecare Plus member practices across all channels.

You will work closely with a Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer, and as such will be responsible for assisting with:

Managing campaigns - through traditional and digital marketing and report analytics

Media – manage Catch Up TV & Digital Advertising schedules with agencies

Coordinate brand compliance – digital assets and key messaging, both internal and external

Social Media Management – provide a content planner and assets for members as well as manage the social media for Eyecare Plus.

Website – assist with coordinating and implementing content updates, manage library of media assets, liaise with web-site developer on updates required

Reporting and budgeting – liaising with accounts team

Working with external agencies to manage SEO, Digital Advertising and website.

Help plan and run marketing workshops for members.

Who are you?

Tertiary qualification in marketing or significant work-related experience

Experience with National and Local Area Marketing (strategy, creation, implementation, management and reporting)

Excellent communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Proven organisational, planning and time management skills

Ability to build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business

Basic Adobe Suite understanding (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)

Proficient in Canva

Knowledge of/experience with SEO, SEM (Google Ads), paid media

Experience with Copy writing and content production

High attention to detail with a creative flair and the ability to think outside the box

Previous experience within digital is preferred
