Exciting opportunity for a Retail Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy at a busy Sydney shopping centre. Manage the Marketing Coordinator and leverage their support to deliver high-impact campaigns.

The Role:

• Craft and execute high-impact marketing strategies that boost retailer sales and customer engagement
• Own the marketing calendar—plan, launch, and evaluate campaigns that excite and inspire
• Manage digital platforms including website, Facebook, Instagram, and monthly EDMs
• Build strong relationships with retailers, customers, and community groups
• Lead visual merchandising and activations that bring the centre to life
• Monitor performance, report on results, and continuously optimise for success
• Develop and manage budgets, liaise with agencies, and track ROI
• Support retailers with tailored marketing advice and cross-promotional opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing with business goals
• Mentor junior staff and lead with energy, creativity, and vision

The Candidate:

• Proven experience in marketing, with shopping centre marketing experience a must
• Digital savvy—comfortable with CMS, social media, and email marketing tools
• Strong communication and project management skills
• A creative mindset and a “can-do” attitude
• Ability to thrive independently and as part of a fast-paced team
