About the role:

We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to assist the Director of Marketing and Communications and work closely with the department.

Working across a range of campaigns, you will assist in the implementation of advertising, marketing, digital, promotions, events and public relations strategies for the hotel, rooms, catering & events and food & beverage.

Duties:

Managing the development and deployment of advertising across various channels.

Planning and coordinating engaging promotional campaigns and on-site events to attract and retain guests and drive hotel revenue.

Identifying and securing strategic partnership opportunities that align with the hotel's brand and marketing objectives.

Work with the Digital Marketing Executive to optimize digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, website marketing, social media management and constantly leveraging analytics to track performance and inform future strategic decisions.

Cultivating positive media relations and executing public relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

The Successful Candidate:

Minimum two (2) years as Marketing & Communications Manager in a hotel (luxury hotel preferred)

Proven experience in delivering marketing projects and campaigns in hospitality

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment while managing multiple stakeholders.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
