The Company

Our client is a well-known and ethically manufactured swimwear company, based in Alexandria. They have a focus on sustainability and innovation, ensuring they are customer centric in their designs.

This role will suit an experienced Marketing Specialist (or Marketing Coordinator looking to step up) with hands on experience managing marketing plans, multi-channel marketing campaigns, marketing budgets and performance, within a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with the Brand Manager and Creative Director to create and execute marketing strategies that align with brand goals
• Working with the Brand Manager to execute the annual and quarterly marketing plans
• Working with the Ecom team and Graphic Designer to create weekly creative briefs for EDMs
• Analyse competitor activities to identify opportunities
• Plan and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, content, events)
• Manage the marketing budget with the Brand Manager. Track spending and ensure campaigns stay within financial goals
• Reporting on marketing aspects of ecommerce reports: EDM performance, social media performance, key metrics and digital updates

To be successful within this role, you will have

• 3+ years experience in a Marketing Coordinator/Specialist role within fashion apparel, accessories or lifestyle
• Strong social media expertise
• Proficient skills with Word and Excel and ideally experience with Klaviyo
• A can-do attitude, strong organisation skills and be comfortable working in the detail
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work within deadlines with minimal supervision
