About This Role
You will act as the “glue” of clinic operations: ensuring smooth patient flow, professional front desk service, accurate admin processes, and supportive leadership for the admin team.
The Senior Admin-Manager takes ownership of daily operations and supports business growth.
Specifically you’ll:
Manage the admin team, including rostering their shifts, allocating workload and supervising them on a day to day basis
Coordinate the daily schedules of our therapist team, including patient appointments, allocating time for break and managing last minute scheduling changes
Managing all team member holiday schedule in a proactive way that supports both the business and the individuals
Organise, oversee and improve clinic flow including patient feedback, referral processes, team systems, communication processes to support the clinic to grow
Support our strong culture and values in your everyday interactions with everyone internally and externally
About you
While it’s beneficial to have worked in a Medical or Allied Health Practice or Clinic before, this is not essential as long as you have a genuine interest in health and align with our values to improve the lives of our patients.
With your administrative experience and tech/systems skills you’ll love our friendly environment that will enable your strong organisation and coordination skills to absolutely shine!
You’re also a natural communicator who finds it easy to build rapport and relationships.
You are looking to work closely with the Owner/Director of the business and be in a role that makes a real impact and where your contribution is valued.
