About the Role
This is a key administrative position, 37.5 hours/week. 8 Hours per day with half an hour for lunch. Our work hours are flexible with the facility for working from home occasionally. You will report directly to the Managing Director while managing all aspects of office operations. Your duties will include:
Day-to-day office administration and coordination
Executive support to the Director, including diary management
Staff supervision and task coordination
Payroll, accounts payable/receivable, BAS and superannuation using MYOB
Generating and maintaining reports and internal documentation
Light marketing support and communication duties
General office management and other ad hoc tasks as required
This role is ideal for someone who is self-directed, solutions-focused, and thrives in an autonomous work environment.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a professional who has:
Strong experience using MYOB or similar accounting software (including payroll and BAS preparation)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
Experience with database management systems (preferred FileMaker)
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
A friendly, professional, and positive approach to work
