Displaying a warm and approachable personality

Maintaining a professional and well-presented appearance

Proficiency in computer skills is essential. Experience with Clinic to Cloud will be an advantage

Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Meticulous attention to detail, especially in a professional industry

Previous experience in a Specialist medical practice is advantageous

Strong verbal and written English skills

Responsibilities:

Being part of our medical admin team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing a premium patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Handling all aspects of reception duties, including answering phones, managing bookings, processing payments, maintaining electronic records (paperless practice), and scanning documents.

Installing take home blood pressure monitors, event monitors and holter monitors (simple devices). Training will be provided.

Assisting the practice manager with inventory checks, handling deliveries and mail.

Assisting with ad-hoc duties as requested, such as maintaining a COVID-safe environment and cleaning surfaces to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

Job Details:

We offer above award rates to acknowledge your skills and experience.

This is a casual position, with work mainly occurring at the Northern Beaches Hospital location, but may also require some days at the Sydney Adventist Hospital (Wahroonga)
