We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, reliable, and committed medical receptionist to join our friendly team. Experience in Medical Receptionist is a must. Knowledge of Best Practice is an advantage. The candidate need to have excellent administrative and customer service skills, must be able to multitask, stay self-motivated, and work effectively as part of a team.

This is a casual position with 20+ hours of work per week, plus covering holiday/sick leave.

Essential Criteria:

Strong customer service skills, both over the phone and face-to-face

Ability to process payments and handle invoicing

Knowledge of Medicare Benefits Schedule and relevant billing processes

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills
