Sydney central psychiatrists is seeking a friendly and professional Part time/casual Medical Receptionist to join their team in Sydney CBD.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice in a warm and courteous manner

Managing patient enquiries, bookings, and scheduling appointments

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical files

Assisting with billing, invoicing, and other administrative duties as required

Providing general administrative support to the medical team

Cleaning, ensuring the reception, waiting areas and consulting rooms are well-presented and stocked with necessary supplies

Working on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Friday (8:30 to 17:00 mostly; may need to be flexible at times).

What we are looking for

Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients and colleagues in a professional and empathetic manner. Mandarin fluency is valued.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Proficient in using medical practice management software and Microsoft Office suite
