About Clean Power Australia:
Clean Power Australia is a Top 20 by Volume Solar Retailer based in NSW, QLD, and ACT. We are looking to expand our Customer Support function.
About the role:
We are seeking a Operations & Customer Support Coordinator join our vibrant team here at Clean Power Australia at our head office in Mascot. You will be working closely with the Ops Manager in assisting her with daily operational duties & tasks as well as supporting the overall Customer Support & Scheduling team. Duties & Responsibilities
Support compliance documentation, grid connection applications, and relevant regulatory paperwork.
Provide exceptional customer service to customers inquiring about solar and battery products.
Liaise with customers, installers, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
Assist customers in navigating our products and services, addressing technical queries, and offering solutions to meet their needs.
Work closely with the Operations Manager helping with general administrative tasks & duties.
Support compliance documentation, grid connection applications, and relevant regulatory paperwork.
Maintain accurate project records and track progress using our internal CRM system (Monday.com).
Assist in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a Operations Support role - any industry is welcome!
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Positive & a team player mindset!
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
