About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join the team at Nautitech Mining Systems' in our Castle Hill, NSW office. In this full-time role, you will provide vital administrative and coordination support to the sales team, ensuring seamless processes and enabling them to focus on generating new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

Prepare, issue, and manage customer quotes in line with company pricing and policies.

Manage and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics, technical support) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Monitor and track customer orders, deliveries, and service requests.

Investigate and resolve customer complaints, issues, and escalations in a professional manner.

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and reporting systems.

Provide proactive updates to customers regarding order status, delays, or changes.

Support sales and account managers with customer-related information and reporting.

Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, desirable but not required.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office suite

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the initiative to identify and resolve issues
