About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales & Customer Product Support Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team at Megapoxy. This role focuses on customer service, product solutions and internal sales. You will assist customers with incoming enquiries, provide product recommendations and help provide solutions to customer needs.

Full product and technical training will be provided, so prior knowledge of epoxy adhesives is not essential. What matters most is your ability to deliver exceptional customer services experiences, provide technical solutions and manage information accurately using ERP database systems.

What you'll be doing

Respond to incoming customer enquiries via phone, email and website

Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs

Process quotes, sales orders and invoices accurately and efficiently

Maintain up-to-date and accurate database records in our ERP system (Pronto)

Build and maintain customer relationships

Work closely with the sales, production and logistics teams to meet customer expectations

Assist in developing sales and marketing initiatives to support business growth

What we're looking for:

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience in customer service, sales support or order processing

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with customers

Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset

Confidence using ERP systems, databases or CRM software

Ability to learn new product knowledge quickly with structured training provided

Highly Regarded but Not Essential

Experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial products or trade sales

Familiarity with epoxy adhesives, coatings or similar products

Previous exposure to Pronto ERP or similar systems
