We are a fast-growing ecommerce business seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our operations and customer care team.
Qualifications & Experience
Strong attention to detail.
A proactive, positive can-do attitude.
Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, customer service, or sales support.
Experience in furniture, bulky goods, homewares, or white goods is highly regarded.
Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using order processing systems, marketplace portals, and customer service software.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Customer Assistance
Respond to product enquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social channels.
Provide accurate details on product specifications, dimensions, materials, delivery options, and availability.
Support customers through pre-purchase questions to help guide confident buying decisions.
Order Processing
Process online orders from multiple ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.
Ensure accuracy of order data, customer details, and dispatch notes.
Logistics Coordination
Work closely with warehouse teams to organise timely dispatch.
Coordinate with external freight carriers to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
Customer Service & After-Sales Support
Handle enquiries regarding delivery updates, returns, spare parts, and warranty claims.
Communicate solutions professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
Customer Feedback & Review Follow-Up
Conduct follow-ups with customers after delivery via phone, email, or SMS.
Gather customer feedback, request reviews, and ensure satisfaction post-purchase.
Identify opportunities to improve products, service, and customer experience.
Internal Collaboration
Liaise with warehouse teams for inventory checks and spare part requests.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer and logistics issues efficiently.
