Cork & Co. is an independent wine distribution business representing some of Australia’s most progressive producers and a growing international import portfolio. We’re a small, dynamic team passionate about great wine and great service — and we’re looking for someone organised, proactive and detail-oriented to join us in a key operational role.

About the Role

This position sits at the centre of our business, supporting both our sales and warehouse teams. It’s a hands-on role based onsite in our Brisbane warehouse — this position cannot be performed remotely. The role runs Monday to Friday and involves a mix of administrative and physical tasks, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Training will be provided for all internal systems and processes, with the opportunity to grow into broader operations or management responsibilities as the business continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

Processing daily customer orders and invoices in MYOB.

Receiving and entering supplier purchase orders.

Monitoring and maintaining stock accuracy across multiple warehouses.

Assisting with regular stocktakes and reconciliation.

Providing sales support — including tasting notes, pricing, stock availability and product updates.

Liaising between our offsite sales team and onsite warehouse/freight partners.

Assisting with picking and packing of orders during busy periods (must be comfortable lifting 12kg wine boxes).

Skills & Experience

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Experience with MYOB AccountRight (preferred but not essential).

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Clear communication and teamwork across departments.

A proactive attitude: someone who takes ownership and enjoys being part of a small, fast-moving team.
