We’re an established advertising and promotional printing company supplying branded drink coasters, bar runners, schooner glasses and more to pubs, clubs, and venues across Australia.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Admin and Telephone Sales Support person to join our friendly and growing team.
About the Role
You’ll be the key link between our sales team, clients, and design department.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Emailing clients their artwork for approval
Supporting our internal Sales Team by emailing all their enquiries
Following up clients by phone for artwork confirmation and be able to turn a negative into a positive. This role needs you to be able to think on your feet as you are tallking to clients.
Contacting clients to arrange their deposit and payments for their orders. Negotiating skills are important
To be able to upsell and ask their preferred local venues
Providing general admin support to the sales team
Managing a high volume of client emails and calls
Updating client details and job progress in our myob system
Assisting with proof reading and other office duties as needed
Previous experience in telephone sales would definitely be required and fast typing skills
